SEO Manager
Location: Fully Remote (U.S.-Based Applicants Only)
Salary Range: $50,000-$70,000 Annual Salary + Bonuses DOE
Reports To: Director of SEO
About the Role:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and proactive SEO professional to join our team as an SEO Manager for Marketing Six. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple organic campaigns by creating and implementing technical, on-site and off-site SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and implement SEO strategies for multiple campaigns
- Report and assess SEO performance and organic KPIs
- Collaborate with web development, content, and marketing teams to address the campaign’s goals and needs
- Assist in maintaining technical site health, including redirects and schema
- Google Business Profile management
- Conduct website audits and identify areas of improvement or opportunity
- Assist in setup of site migrations, redesigns, and new website launches
- Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing trends and best practices
Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience with SEO for SMBs
- Experience with technical, content, on-site, and off-site SEO
- Familiar with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and SEO research tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc.)
- Problem-solver who takes initiative
- Reliable communicator
- Strong time-management skills
- Team player who values big picture goals
- Preferred: Experience with WordPress and SEO plugins
- Preferred: Experience with SEO for SMBs (small and midsize businesses)
- Preferred: Experience with law firm/attorney marketing
Compensation:
- $50,000-$70,000 Annual Salary + Bonuses DOE
