About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic and analytical Paid Social Ads & Social Media Manager to plan, build, and optimize high-performing paid campaigns and organic content across multiple platforms for our SMB clients, especially local service industry brands. You’ll be responsible for bringing brand voices to life and driving measurable leads on Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn through data-driven strategy, campaign architecture, and effective asset execution.

This role is perfect for someone who loves blending growth strategy and creativity. We are looking for the kind of marketer who can map out a full-funnel paid ad strategy, build seamless CRM integrations, and analyze conversion metrics one day, then brainstorm trend-based content concepts or review a branded carousel the next—all while using our client’s unique selling points to maximize online conversions and ROI.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and execute organic and paid social media strategies across TikTok, LinkedIn, Meta, and others for a portfolio of clients.
  • Develop and present comprehensive paid social strategies, aligning budget allocation with client KPIs like ROAS, CPA, and cost-per-lead.
  • Create content and ad creative calendars, ensuring consistent brand voice and strategic alignment with client conversion goals.
  • Design visually engaging static and video ad creative using Canva or similar tools, optimized specifically for high-conversion performance.
  • Write high-converting captions, hooks, scripts, and ad copy that resonate with SMB audiences and drive direct action.
  • Research platform trends, algorithmic updates, and ad formats to inform both paid strategy and creative direction.
  • Architect, build, and manage sophisticated campaign structures including audience targeting, retargeting, lookalike audiences, A/B testing, and native lead-generation forms.
  • Oversee critical technical implementations, including tracking pixels, Conversions API (CAPI), and lead routing integrations with client CRMs via Zapier.
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and aggressively optimize based on data trends to scale client budgets efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Designers, and Content Writers to align organic and paid social efforts with broader campaigns.

Who You Are and What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience managing paid social ad campaigns and organic media for multiple brands (agency experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of SMB and local service business audiences, particularly how to generate high-quality localized leads.
  • Proven success building campaigns in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager (please provide examples or case studies).
  • Hands-on experience setting up conversion tracking and integrating ad platforms with CRMs or email marketing tools.
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools to create or quickly iterate on performance-driven ad creative.
  • Strong copywriting and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear performance insights for clients.
  • Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple brands and ad budgets at once.
  • Excited to experiment, iterate, and keep learning what drives engagement and conversions across the entire marketing funnel.
  • Bonus: Certification in Meta Blueprint, Google Analytics (GA4), or experience with advanced video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere).

About the Role

Marketing Six is looking for a Senior Designer who combines strong creative instincts with strategic thinking and executional excellence. This role is ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and is passionate about building thoughtful, high-performing creative across digital experiences.

You’ll work across website design, branding, advertising creative, social media, and marketing campaigns — helping shape visual identities and digital experiences for a wide range of clients. We’re looking for someone with exceptional design fundamentals, strong attention to detail, and the ability to balance creativity with efficiency.

This role goes beyond simply using existing Figma components. We’re looking for someone who can build thoughtful design systems using components, variables, and responsive frameworks — creating scalable, flexible designs that work seamlessly across layouts and screen sizes while expanding and improving existing systems.

This role requires someone who can take ownership of multiple projects, collaborate closely with internal teams, adapt quickly, and consistently deliver polished, effective work.

What You’ll Do

  • Design visually compelling websites, landing pages, digital ads, and social graphics for a variety of client industries
  • Create original concepts and creative solutions that align with client goals, brand standards, and campaign strategy
  • Build upon existing design systems while maintaining consistency across digital and marketing assets
  • Apply strong typography, color theory, composition, and layout principles across all deliverables
  • Collaborate across departments with marketing managers, developers, and copywriters to bring campaigns and digital experiences to life
  • Prepare and organize design files for development handoff and production
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high creative standards
  • Stay current on design trends, emerging tools, and evolving digital best practices
  • Continuously improve workflows, efficiencies, and creative processes within the design team
  • Take initiative in solving design challenges independently while contributing ideas during collaborative brainstorming sessions
  • Present design concepts and rationale clearly to internal teams and clients when needed

Who You Are and What You Bring

  • 4+ years of professional graphic or digital design experience, preferably within an agency environment
  • Strong portfolio showcasing website design, branding, marketing campaigns, and digital creative work
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout, visual hierarchy, and modern design principles
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and related platforms
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs, tools, and workflows
  • Experience working within established branding while also creating original visual concepts
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to receive feedback, iterate quickly, and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
  • Understanding of UX/UI best practices and responsive web design is strongly preferred
  • Experience designing for digital marketing campaigns and performance-focused creative is a plus
